About This Lot

**I went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a month and it inspired me to make this micro-lot for you.** And now you can have a little slice of Puerto Vallarta sunshine in your Sims 2 neighborhood too! There is so much to do on this small lot: shop surfboards and clothing, dine out while listening to live music, or even grab ice cream (if your simoleons are low haha). So many travel experiences I've had went into crafting this fun lot for you and I just know you are going to love all of the little details 💗. Plus with open-concept storefront providing an uninterrupted view of the beach your sims are going to have a blast and feel like they've enjoyed a tropical island vacation all from the comfort of their own neighborhood.

Ice Cream Roll Machine (Functional) Link Your sims can now enjoy the sunny weather with a bite of ice cream. This functional ice cream machine allows your sims to make and eat ice cream, all without a fridge.
SwingarmCo 27" Recolor (in white) Link Requires CEP. A simple all white recolor of the sims 2 base game object "SwingarmCo 27'" , I only keep the recolors I need, so the white recolor file in this case and then deleted the others from my downloads folder.
Taka MQ Laptop Link A functional CC item that expands your Sims' computer menu, including options like ordering express grocery deliveries. I love using this on my business lot to have employees study/train for their role.

Cheat Code: intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims # Link Technically, it’s a cheat code. However, with five employees working this lot, I’d recommend using it to increase the number of Sims allowed on the lot so you can have more than three customers at a time.
